Partos: Launch of the new Power Awareness Tool

The Power Awareness Tool (PAT) guides you through the decision-making dynamics, helping ensure everyone’s voice is valued and shift power where necessary. The launch of this new Partos tool 2.0 is online, on the 17th of December 2024.

• Avoid misunderstandings and frictions that can undermine your collaboration.
• Have open and honest discussions about decision-making processes.
